An Educator’s Educator
Nitika Bansal brings a rare breadth of scholarship to early childhood education: Master’s degrees in Commerce, Economics, Education and Philosophy, alongside her credentials as a Licensed Early Childhood Educator (Infant & Toddler and Special Needs), a Licensed Teacher, and a licensed RCIC–IRB (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant authorized before the Immigration and Refugee Board).
As a Senior Educator and Team Lead across commercial and non-profit child care programs, she has mentored educators, guided daily practice, and led teams through licensing. Today she also serves as a professor and facilitator at commercial and non-profit colleges and schools, teaching the next generation of educators, and is the author of numerous articles on early childhood education.
