Purchases grant a single-user, non-transferable licence to view session content for personal professional development. Sharing account access, redistributing videos or materials, or presenting session content as your own training is not permitted. Certificates are issued to the enrolled participant only, based on actual completion of the session, and hours stated reflect the instructional length of the session.
All content is the intellectual property of Eduoval Inc. Session content is professional education, not legal, licensing or regulatory advice; participants are responsible for confirming applicability of any session to their own certificate renewal with the ECE Registry. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
ECE PD (ecepd.ca) is operated by Eduoval Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian company. We collect the personal information needed to deliver professional development: your name, email address, purchase history, session progress and completion records. This information is used to provide your sessions, issue your certificates, maintain a permanent record of completions (so certificates can be re-issued and verified), and send service emails.
Payment card details are processed securely by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. Our course platform and email systems may store data on servers outside Canada, including the United States. We do not sell personal information. You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask a question about this policy, at info@ecepd.ca. This policy is maintained in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
If you have not completed a session (that is, no certificate of completion has been issued), contact us at info@ecepd.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once a session has been completed and a certificate issued, the purchase is non-refundable.
Refunds for live sessions are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time; after that, we will gladly transfer your registration to a future date instead. Group and centre bookings are governed by the terms of their invoice.
